The unique glass pyramid igloos provide a one-of-a-kind experience, offering fine views of the surrounding wintry landscape. Those cozy igloos are well-furnished and provide a magical feel, especially reflecting the beauty of a snowy night, despite mixed results with the auroras.
The presence of excessive outdoor lighting really puts a damper on the starry sky experience, making it hard to appreciate the auroras as intended. The bathrooms are located outdoors and are poorly heated. Signage is lacking, leading to confusion when trying to find the reception, which is hidden away in the restaurant building-an easy spot to miss. Last but not least, there aren't many dining options available on-site, particularly when functions are booked, which may leave you driving quite a distance just to grab a bite.
